Consent

From now on if you wish to appear in any online photographs or video you must produce and sign a consent form along with some for of photo ID to prove who you are and of consensual age. It's a bit of a pain but it's a good thing we will all get used to doing this. Feel free to use this blank form either print it out or just fill in the blanks electronically 🥰
